Cancellation Policy

PAID CONSULTATION BOOKING POLICY All appointment requests are subject to approval. Your requested appointment is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from Cool Content Entertainment. You may cancel your purchase for a full refund by emailing Marc@coolcontent.us within three calendar days after placing your order, provided the consultation has not already taken place. After the three-day cancellation period, consultation fees are nonrefundable. You may request one rescheduling at least 24 hours before the confirmed appointment time, subject to availability. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment, missed appointments, and no-shows are nonrefundable. Clients who arrive late will receive only the time remaining in their scheduled 30-minute appointment. Marc Paneque will call the telephone number provided on the booking form at the confirmed appointment time. Please ensure that your telephone number is accurate and that you are available to receive the call. The consultation does not include advance screenplay reading, written coverage, page notes, or follow-up revisions unless separately agreed to in writing.
